Expanded Self-Reliance
Many people feel a burden of stress when they think about the future. Through Jesus Christ we can find peace. PathwayConnect is a resource that helps us on our journey closer to Christ and into the future.
As one PathwayConnect student from Accra, Ghana, who completed the program said, “My wife and I were very troubled in the heart due to costs and debts. BYU-Pathway has helped a lot in taking the burden off of us.”
Students all around the world are finding joy and relief in the self-reliance gained through PathwayConnect, both for themselves and their families.
The Lord cares about our physical needs. As his prophet Amulek tells a crowd of Zoramites: “Cry unto him over the crops of your fields, that ye may prosper in them. Cry over the flocks of your fields, that they may increase”1 While doing everything in our power, the Lord has divine power to help increase our capabilities and testimonies.

I’m learning so much through all of you. I feel so grateful to the Church of Jesus Christ for teaching me the restored Gospel, and the Book Of Mormon, and also giving me the opportunity to study in Pathway.
